• Yearly (standard): AUD $138.00 per year
• Yearly (launch pricing): AUD $69.00 per year

Prices are in Australian dollars and may include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. To cancel, manage your subscription through your account settings or contact us at admin@thebreakupbible.app.

Refunds are not generally offered for subscription periods already paid, unless required by Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

We provide the website "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we exclude all implied warranties.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the website will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.
