1. About us

The Breakup Bible (we, us, our) is operated from Australia. By using this site, app, or any related service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Not medical or mental-health advice

The Breakup Bible is a wellbeing companion. Nothing on this site or in the app is medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice. We are not your therapist. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a registered mental-health professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or join the waitlist.

4. Your content

If you submit content (stories, feedback, messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content to operate, improve, and promote the service. We will never publish a story attributed to you without your permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — no spamming, harassing, scraping, reverse-engineering, or using it to harm yourself or others.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Premium features will be available via subscription at launch. Pricing and billing terms will be disclosed clearly at point of sale. App-store purchases are governed by Apple and Google's terms in addition to these.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can leave at any time by emailing admin@thebreakupbible.app.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and limit our liability for any loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes your non-excludable consumer rights.

9. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
